Whatever is bothering you, I provide a welcoming and non-judgemental space where you can share your thoughts, feelings, problems and worries in total confidence. My approach combines psychodynamic psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which means I balance tools to help people manage current problems with exploring the deeper roots/causes underneath.
I'll help you to speak about and process painful feelings, including sadness, guilt, fear and anger. I’ll also share my insights and reflections to help you understand yourself better and make positive changes in your life. Therapy will always follow the pace you’re comfortable with, giving you time and space to reflect on your situation and consider the best way forward.
I work with a diverse range of clients and issues but have particular interest in supporting young adults (aged 18-35) and dancers/performers, as well as working with anxiety and trauma. Please note that I only work with individuals (and not couples).

LOCATION
My busy consulting room is located in Langford Village, in Bicester, North Oxfordshire (OX26).
Free parking is available on the street, or Bicester Village station is just a 10 minute walk away. Please note that there are no waiting room or toilet facilities available, and there is a step up into the counselling room.
