Free workshops sharing the science and art of sustainable happiness! Come along to drop the pressures of day-to-day life, tune into your wellbeing and learn how to live more happily.

With a different theme each month, sessions are jam-packed with self-care, joy and compassion – designed to help fill your ‘cup’ and spread ripples of happiness across Bicester and beyond.


Research shows that happiness is a skill that can be learnt – with practical tips and techniques from positive psychology, you can flourish, bounce back from challenges, and truly enjoy life.

  • Thursday 12 January, 7-8:30pm: Goals, meaning & purpose 

  • Thursday 9 February, 7-8:30pm: Self-compassion

  • Thursday 9 March, 7-8:30pm: Positive mental health

  • Thursday 13 April, 7-8:30pm: Making friends with yourself

  • Thursday 11 May, 7-8:30pm: Creativity & community

These workshops are completely FREE, thanks to generous support from FLTR Coffee’s Generosity Grant.
Just pay for a slice of cake - and enjoy your yummy treat on arrival! Coffee will also be provided.

Sessions take place at FLTR Coffee, Nightingale Place, Bicester OX26 6XX and are led by trained psychotherapist
and happiness facilitator Laura Duester. Free parking is available outside. Sessions are suitable for adults and older teenagers.
