prompts to manage anxiety, increase self-awareness and cultivate calm
Anxiety Journal is the essential companion for navigating anxiety with mindfulness, self-compassion and practical coping strategies. Designed to support you to overcome anxiety, stress and overwhelm, the journal is filled with thought-provoking prompts that encourage reflection, emotional expression and positive change.

The journal is divided into three sections, each focusing on a key area of anxiety recovery – awareness and self-reflection, management and coping skills, and goals and future planning. Every prompt offers a chance to pause and connect with your inner self, shifting focus from fear and uncertainty to reflection and self-compassion.
