An 8-week course exploring research-based tools and techniques for happiness

Happiness is more than just feeling good. It’s about flourishing, managing emotions, feeling peaceful and purposeful, and bouncing back from challenges.

Led by trained psychotherapist and happiness facilitator Laura Duester, this 8-week Friday lunchtime course will guide you through the main research-backed keys to happiness. Drawing on positive psychology and including interactive activities, evidence-based tools and peer support, you’ll learn how to boost your wellbeing and live a happier life.

Sessions run 12:15-1pm every Friday between 4 February and 25 March. Full-price tickets are £80*, but to make the course accessible, pay-what-you-can tickets (min. £20*) are also available. *plus Eventbrite booking fee

This is an informal and supportive group which will run via Zoom. You’re welcome to participate with your camera on or off, to bring your lunch/pet/baby, and to join in as much or as little as you like – you have permission to do whatever is best for you.
