As a trained dancer and dance teacher with 15 years’ experience working in the dance sector, I understand the unique challenges you face. I provide a safe, encouraging and empathetic space where can speak about and process any difficult feelings and thoughts. I will also share my insights and reflections to help you understand yourself better and make positive changes in your life.
